ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Our Annual Homeowners' Meeting was held on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. A total of 98 homeowners (52%) voted in the election which met our quorum requirement. The Inspector of Election (Sue Nelson – Horizon Management) announced the following voting results:

The IRS Transfer of funds was approved.

An organizational meeting followed immediately after the general meeting and the Board of Directors decided the following:

Member: Mary Hester
